Shipping Policy


Processing Time
Depending on Demand of the business, orders take 2-5 business days to process PRIOR TO SHOPPING.

 

Although your order could be delivered sooner,please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. If you have not received your order by the 8th day, please email us at lanainell123@gmail.com or call us at 214-466-3608.

 

If your order is placed after 2pm during normal business hours your order will be processed the following business day. If your order is placed on a weekend, (Saturday or Sunday) your order will be processed the start of the following business day; excluding holidays and inclement weather.  

 

Shipping Transit Times

All standard shipping orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days in addition to the carrier transit times.

 

Carrier

At this time we offer USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING.

 

International orders will be processed during the same time .

 

2-Day Shipping Transit Times

If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the next business day; not including holidays and inclement weather.

 

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
  • Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order.
  • We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses will be processed.
  • If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned.
  • If La'Na I'Nell reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

 

Lost or Missing Deliveries

  • If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us.
  • If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at lanainell123@gmail.com or call 214-466-3608 so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.
  • If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days or more please email lanainell so that we can submit a claim to replace your order.

Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses

  • We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.
  • Once your order is placed, we cannot update your address.
  • If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you.
  • La’Na I’Nell will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses
